Photographing rare antique objects requires specialized lighting to bring out shape, texture and inherent beauty that might go unnoticed.  Here are some examples of African Mancala gameboards, Indian Rajasthan ivory chess sets, Queen Victoria ivories, Chinese Puzzle balls, Chinese Xiangqui Celedon centuries old.  These images have appeared in conjunction with exhibitions at The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Summerhouse London, The Asia Society New York, Noguchi Museum, and Sackler Galleries DC and The Tate Modern.
